Can I arrive on a day other than Saturday?

The holiday week runs from Saturday to Saturday, which gets you the weekly rate. In addition there are the stay types Short week (Sat–Wed) and Mountain weekend (Wed–Sat). Bookable online, except from 25.07. to 31.08. and from 18.12. to 31.01.: then on request only. Anything else you can request at any time.

What does a cancellation cost?

More than 90 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge. From 90 to 42 days before, the deposit is forfeited, from 41 to 7 days before 70 % is charged, after that and in case of no-show 100 % of the price of the stay. Short stays cannot be cancelled.

When is the balance due?

When you book, you pay the deposit; the balance and the local tourist tax are paid on departure. If you prefer, you can also pay the full amount when booking.

Can I have a room reserved for me?

Are there family rooms for two children?

Yes, Panorama Suite “Stelvio”, Panorama Suite “Ortler”, Garden Suite “Madritsch”, Wellness Suite “Kastellatz” and Junior Suite “Cevedale” offer space for two adults and two children.

What do children cost?

Per child per night, with two full-paying guests in the room: under 3 years €30, 3 to 4 years €50, 5 to 9 years €60, 10 to 14 years €75. If only one adult travels, the eldest child counts as the second full payer. From 15 years of age guests count as adults; each additional person aged 15 or over in the room pays €90 per night. How high is the deposit?

A deposit of €200 is due for confirmation, the full amount if the total is lower. The balance is payable at the hotel.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, dogs are welcome. Please register your dog when booking, the fee is €20 per day without food, and bring its own blanket. We cannot take dogs into the wellness and dining areas.
