Accessibility statement
Ferienhotel Kastellatz (Hotel Kastellatz d. Thöni Michael) wants every guest to be able to use this website. This statement describes how far we have come and where barriers remain.
Conformance status
This website is partially conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. We aim for full conformance.
The basis is the European directive on accessibility requirements for products and services (Directive (EU) 2019/882, the “European Accessibility Act”) and its implementation in Italy (Legislative Decree no. 82/2022).
How we checked
This is a self-assessment, not an audit by an independent body. We check the main pages in German, Italian and English with automated tools (axe-core and Lighthouse), on a phone and on a computer, supplemented by keyboard tests of navigation and menu.

Known limitations
External content such as the hiking map, the webcam and the weather comes from third-party providers. It only loads once you agree, and we have no influence on its accessibility.
The 360° tour and the guest information page are on the pages of external providers and are not part of our check.
Card payments run through the payment field of our payment provider Stripe; its accessibility is Stripe’s responsibility.
