Guest information: times and tips for your stay
The guest information of Ferienhotel Kastellatz tells you what applies in the house and when: arrival and departure, breakfast and dinner, indoor pool and sauna. The questions that come up before booking are answered separately in the frequently asked questions.
Times can change with the season. If something differs from what is written here, reception will tell you the current times.
In the house
Arrival and departure
Rooms are available from 15:00 and must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. Please agree any deviation with us in advance.
Breakfast and dinner
The breakfast buffet runs from 7:30 to 10:00, dinner starts at 18:30. If something does not suit you in the evening, we will gladly cook something else, or you order from the menu.
Indoor pool and sauna
The indoor pool (water 32 °C) is open from 7:00 to 19:00, children accompanied by their parents. The sauna is heated daily from 13:30 to 18:00. Bathrobe, pool slippers and towels for the pool and sauna are ready in your room.
