Children's prices
Per child per night with two full-paying guests in the room. If only one adult travels, the eldest child counts as the second full payer:

- Discounts: We are happy to tell you about discounts for bed and breakfast instead of gourmet half board and for regular guests when you enquire.
- Dogs: welcome, €20 per day without food; please bring your dog's own blanket and let us know when booking
- Cot: free of charge on request
- Smoking: not permitted inside the house, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony or outside

Reservation & Payment
Reservations are preferably accepted from Saturday to Saturday and confirmed in writing by both sides. To firmly secure a reservation, we ask for a deposit of €200 per room and suite. More than 90 days before arrival free of charge, 90 to 42 days before the deposit is forfeited, 41 to 7 days 70 %, after that 100 %; short stays cannot be cancelled. Details in the booking conditions.
We accept debit cards, cash or bank transfer in advance. Cash payments are possible up to an amount of €4,999.

Cancellation
Cancellations are always unpleasant, for you just as much as for us. The following conditions apply:
- More than 90 days before arrival: free of charge, a deposit already paid is refunded in full.
- 90 to 42 days before arrival: the deposit is forfeited.
- 41 to 7 days before arrival: 70 % of the total price.
- Fewer than 7 days before arrival and in case of no-show: 100 % of the total price.
As a special service, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Please feel free to ask us about it.
Reschensee Guest Pass included: All year round, bus and train travel throughout South Tyrol is included in our guests' stay. You can find all current benefits of the Reschensee Guest Pass on reschensee.com. We issue the pass to you on arrival, it is valid for the entire duration of your stay.
