Courgette cake

Name: Courgette cake
Ingredients: 380 g flour; 3 whole eggs; 370 g sugar; 1 tsp vanilla sugar; 1 pinch of salt; 1 heaped tsp cinnamon and a little ground clove; 50 g ground nuts; 1 packet baking powder; 2 tsp baking soda; 180 ml oil; 400 g grated zucchini

Ingredients

380 g flour
3 whole eggs
370 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 heaped tsp cinnamon and a little ground clove
50 g ground nuts
1 packet baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
180 ml oil
400 g grated zucchini

Method

Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy, then stir in the spices, oil, nuts and courgette one after the other.
Finally fold in flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda. Baking time on a tray about 35 minutes, in a cake tin about 55 minutes at 170 degrees.
